Refund Policy
At MiskoMethod.com, we sell both digital products and a limited number of physical products. Because those product types work differently, our refund policy does too.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
This includes PDFs, downloads, and other digital files delivered electronically. Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed.
If you have trouble accessing your file, receive the wrong file, or believe you were charged in error, contact us at michael@miskomagic.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review the issue.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- unused
- unopened
- in their original condition
To request a return, email michael@miskomagic.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for approved physical returns will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact michael@miskomagic.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
